FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes laser radiation of biologic object; simultaneous registration of intensity Po of light signal reflected from biological object at initial period of time T=0; registration of value variation of intensity of reflected signal Pt during time T=t. Should Po-Pt > 0.1Po±0.05Po, the seance is continued until Pt=const ± 0.05 Pt. Should Po-Pt <0.1Po±0.05Po, treatment is discontinued. In addition, subject to registration are spectra of light signal reflected from biological object which are used for determination of wave length of maximum of fluorescence in pathologic and intact regions. Seances are carried out until difference between maxima of fluorescence wave lengths will not exceed 1-3 nm. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment due to optimal time of radiation. 2 cl
