FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water and its purifying with activated carbon. 0.2-0.4 kg of fortified propolis extract is introduced in 0.4-0.6 kg of ginseng biomass; mixture is aged and then divided into two equal doses. One of doses is introduced in purified vodka which is finally filtered, aged, and the rest dose is introduced. EFFECT: higher quality of product enriched with complex of biologically active substances; broadened assortment of vodkas.
