FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" with softened water up to 40% strength. Glucose and sorbitol are separately dissolved in softened water, solutions are mixed at ratio of sorbitol and glucose 1:10. Mixture is aged for 1-2 h and introduced in solution. The latter is cleaned with activated carbon, filtered and bottled. The claimed vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: sorbitol, 0.09-1.1; glucose, 9-11; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
