FIELD: production of furniture, such as sofa, multiple-seat armchair with frames made from tubular metal members and rocking seat. SUBSTANCE: seating furniture has upholstery with filler and carcass embraced with strip and made from two spatial closed loops of tubular profile joined by connecting members. Supports for each loop are rigidly connected at back side adjacent to their top parts by arced joists and ends of branches of U-shaped cantilevered seat, which is mounted on support with its cross-piece having first tension member. Main loop of carcass is secured to auxiliary inner arced joists mounted in arm rest and support junction locations. Cross-member is connected with support through second tension member. Tension members are positioned in symmetry with seat. EFFECT: increased strength and rigidity and simplified construction. 4 dwg
