SUBSTANCE: machine working member has rotor with cleaning tools mounted on rotor through flexible tie and flexible tie tensioning and fastening unit. Cleaning tools are uniformly spaced on loops of two strands of flexible tie. Flexible tie is provided with guides installed on rotor. Flexible tie strand fastening and tensioning device is mounted on detachable plate fitted on rotor. This device provides control of tensioning and quick release of flexible tie when worn-out cleaning tools are to be replaced without demounting of flexible tie as a whole. EFFECT: stabilization of cutting process, enhanced reliability and efficiency owing to uniform distribution of load between cutting tools. 2 cl, 3 dwg
