FIELD: medicine; sampling for endoscopic examinations. SUBSTANCE: biopsy forceps has tube, control mechanism and tissue cutting mechanism with built-in spring-casing and cable included in it. Cable end is secured in slide of control mechanism provided with handle. Tube is secured rigidly on cable between spring-casing and handle and is made rigid. Tube end is bent out through an angle of 50-70 deg to tube axis, and spring-casing may be bent out through an angle of 15-30 deg to the same axis. EFFECT: enhanced convenience in operation. 2 dwg
