FIELD: medicine, surgical treatment of patients with bone fractures. SUBSTANCE: method includes puncture of tissues to bone by hollow needle, screwing in bone through needle hollow of wire held by its free end. used also for realization of the claimed method is removable holder of wire with stop area and thread at stop area. Wire is screwed in by removing holder up to threaded part, then thread is screwed into surface cortical layer of bone down to stop area. Removable holder of wire and hollow needle are removed from wire free end which is left under cover of body. The device has removable of wire with working part. Wire is made with stop area and wire part at stop area has thread. Length of needle is not smaller than the length of introduced wire. Free end of wire together with stop area are made with total length ensuring their immersion in soft tissues of organism. Length of holder working part is shorter than tube of hollow needle by the length of wire threaded part together with stop area. Holder working end has hollow for free end of wire. In preferable version of device design, wire free end has side recess, and holder hollow has projection for this recess, and the other end of holder has thread for motion over it of nut and locknut. The method and device are used in children surgery and veterinary science. EFFECT: reduced injury of organism and extended possibility for selection of surgical treatment methods. 3 cl, 6 dwg
