FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing divergent sharp ends of double wire through hollow guiding member into bone using pusher. The other wires next in turn are introduced in different planes. X-ray control is carried out. The guiding member and pusher are removed from the wound. Flexible member is placed between the wire ends. Flexible wire ends are hold outside. After being introduced, when needed, wire is tightened or removed by pulling flexible member on both ends. After all the wires being set, the flexible member ends- of the first wire introduced are joined above the last wire. The free ends are cut off and removed together with the guiding member and the other members by pulling each at its end.
