FIELD: rolled stock production. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mounting light reflectors on end plane of roll necking portions at non-driven side, setting laser devices with inclination angle opposite relative to light reflectors and vertical screens; determining skewing angle of each roll relative to randomly selected reference axis ( with use of theodolite or tensioned wire) and calculating skewing angle of roll axes as difference of measured angle values.
