SUBSTANCE: strain-producer of preproinsulin is obtained by transformation of the strain E. coli XLI-Blue using plasmid pInsR and cells carrying this plasmid are removed. Strain produces preproinsulin at high yield and property that ensures to obtain insulin by enzymatic cleavage. Invention can be used for insulin production. EFFECT: strain indicated above, increased yield of product.
