FIELD: production of additives to food based on seaweed. SUBSTANCE: food product contains seaweed, auxiliary functional components and natural vegetable component at the following ratio of ingredients, mas.%: seaweed, 20-80; natural vegetable component, 4-50; auxiliary functional component, the balance. Used from seaweed is sea kale, or rockweed , or their mixture in ratio sea kale/rockweed from 20-80 to 80-20. Used as vegetable component is above ground plants: herbs and species. Used as auxiliary functional components are microelements, vitamins, flavors, filler, etc., namely, mas.%: calcium, 0-80; succinic acid, 0-60; common salt, 0-45; ascorbic acid, 0-50; milk sugar, 0-2; citric acid, 0-5; saccharose, 0-5; filler (for tablet form), 25-40. Food additive may be produced in the form of capsule with size of product fraction of 50-500 mcm, or tablet and in the form of oil extract. EFFECT: provision of functional norm in micro- and macroelements, vitamins complex, iodin, and amino acids.
