FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has holder with two cutting members, each arranged on axis of symmetry of device diametrically opposite to each other. Sharp cutting edges of members are located in plane of holder lower base. Holder has form of flat round cylinder. Cutting edge of one member is formed by sector cutout in cylinder body, and that of the other, by arc of circumference conjugated with circumference of cylinder lower base. Three different diameter through holes made in holder are designed for breaking ampoules along notches. Device can be made of corundum material.
