FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The invention provides quality improvement of surgical treatment and reduction of complications by decreasing of an organism tissues trauma, stronger affixing to a bone of a fixative and reduction of probability of its migration. The fixative contains a rod pointed at the working end, and at other end having a head with the basic platform turned to the pointed end of a rod. The rod part over a head is executed short with applanate surfaces and with a lateral groove. Under a basic platform the fixator contains a cone on which the pencil-point surface the carving with fine pitch is executed. The maximum diameter of a cone is less than diameter of a basic platform.
EFFECT: quality improvement of surgical treatment and reduction of postoperative complications.
