FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves triticale grains purification and milling with the help of grinding mills until the particle size is no more than 100 mcm, further separation of triticale flour into the protein and carbohydrate fraction using a pneumatic classification installation with the limit number of milled flour passages through the centrifugal axial rotor pneumatic classifier equal to three. In the course of each passage following the first one, pneumatic classification of the carbohydrate and the protein-and-carbohydrate fractions produced during the previous passage is performed, the installation capacity equal to 55-58 kg/h in the first passage and 72-74 kg/h in the second and the third passage with the speed of particles carryover in the pneumatic classifier apparatus being 1.0-1.5 m/s while the rotor peripheral speed is 70 m/s.
EFFECT: creation of an effective and inexpensive method for production of protein and carbohydrate flour of triticale grains, the production technological process simplification, reduction of manufacture prime cost, improvement of consumer prosperities and expansion of the ready products range.
