BAND PRESS-FILTER FOR DEWATERING OF SLIME AND SLUDGE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: purification of sewage of slime and sludge accumulated in operation of domestic, industrial and agricultural complexes. SUBSTANCE: the band press-filter has a supporting structure with built-in drive and intermediate rolls of three standard sizes. Passed between the rolls are two band sieves of upper and lower location, they are tensioned by intermediate rolls with movable supports by means of hydraulic drives fastened to the supporting structure by means of hinged supports for turning the hydraulic drive axle through angle β. The hydraulic drive is turned by means of a motion screw, whose supported joint is located in a cylindrical hinge secured on the supporting structure. The screw threaded surface is positioned in sliding nut made in the form of a cylindrical hinge fastened at the end of the hydraulic drive. Linear displacement of the sliding nut at screw rotation is counted off a dial secured on the boss of the screw handwheel. EFFECT: expanded functional indices of hydraulic drives of band sieve tensioning, enhanced efficiency of press-filter on the whole. 3 dwg
