SUBSTANCE: present invention describes arylacetamide of formula I: Q-CO-C(R¹)(R²)(R³) wherein Q is R⁴-CH(CH₂Z)-NA-; R¹ is phenyl; R² is phenyl optionally substituted by halogen, OH, ((C₁-C₇)) alkoxy; R³ is H, OH, ((C₁-C₇))alkoxy, ((C₁-C₇))alkyl; R⁴ is ((C₁-C₇))alkyl optionally substituted phenyl; A is ((C₁-C₇))alkyl; B is bond or CH₂; C is condensed cyclic system containing 3-5 carbon atoms; D is CH₂, CH₂O, bond; n is 1 or 2. Said compounds are prepared by reacting compound of formula: Q-H with compound of formula: XOCR¹R²R³, or residue Q, R¹, R², R³ in compound of formula I is replaced by other residue Q, R¹, R², R³ or it is converted into corresponding salt. Said compounds are useful in pharmaceutical composition having analgetic effect since they are capable of antagonizing inflammation-induced higher painful sensitivity. Said composition is prepared by combining effective amount of compound of formula I with carrier and/or auxiliary agent.
