SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of sulfonamides of the general formula (I) where -A= B-C= D- means -CH=CH-CH=CH- group where one CH can be substituted with N; Ar means free phenyl or naphthyl or phenyl and naphthyl mono-, di- or tri- -substituted with H, HAl, Q, Ph or NR⁴R⁵; R¹,R²,R³ each means independently each of other absents or means H, Hal or Q; R⁴,R⁵ each independently each of other means H or Q; Q means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms; Ph means phenyl; Z means O or S; Hal means F, Cl, Br or J; n = 1, 2 or 3, and their salts also. Compounds show antagonistic properties with respect to endothelin receptors that ensures to use their for treatment of patients with hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, insult. Invention describes also method of synthesis of these compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on sulfonamide derivatives proposed.
