FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: products are affected mechanically and with gas medium. Mechanical effects are performed by cycles consisting in exposure of products to mechanical force followed by complete suppression thereof, time of mechanical force action being longer than its intermission time. Ratio of these times varies between 2:1 and 4:1. Number of cycles per 1 min is selected from 5 to 10. To impose mechanical force on products, largest opposite surfaces of products are selected. Forces are applied on each surface locally and at least in two sites so that force application sites on surfaces were shifted with respect to each other. Values of mechanical forces are selected within the range of 0.1 to 3 kg/sq.cm. Force application sites on opposite surfaces of products are periodically and synchronously varied. EFFECT: accelerated rubber destruction due to permanent renewal of gas medium in cracks and to formation of new cracks. 6 cl
