SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel 3-substituted phenyloxindole derivatives of the formula (I) where R means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl or fluorine atom; R¹,R²,R³,R⁴ where each means independently hydrogen atom, C_1-4-alkyl, halogen atom, trifluoromethyl-group, phenyl group, p-methylphenyl group or p-trifluoromethylphenyl-group; or R¹ and R², R² and R³ or R³ and R⁴ form in common benzene ring; R⁵ means hydrogen atom or C_1-4-alkyl; R⁶ means chlorine atom or trifluoromethyl-group or its nontoxic pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate that are agents opening calcium-activated potassium channels of high conductivity and used for treatment of disorders responding for potassium channels opening. Invention provides also method of treatment of patients with new oxindole derivatives and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
