FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes indole derivatives of general formula I wherein E is straight or branched C1-C4-alkylene chain: R is group of formula: -CH2-CHR1-NR2R3 wherein R1 is hydrogen; R2 and R3 are identical and are C1-C6-alkyl. The claimed process comprises reacting 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole with nitrobenzene derivative containing readily replaceable group, deaminating the thus obtained aminotriazolium salt by treatment with nitrogenous acid followed by neutralization, reducing the thus obtained triazolinyl- nitrobenzene derivative by transfer hydrogenation, treating the thus obtained triazolyl-aniline derivative with nitrogenous acid and then with alkali metal sulfate followed by acidification, and the thus obtained triazolyl-hydrazine derivative is then reacted in reaction medium with suitable carbonyl compound of formula: wherein Alk is methyl.
