SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of diazabicycloalkenes of the formula (I) where R1 means a group of the formula (II) or (III) ; R11 and R12 - lower alkyl or taken together they form lower alkylene group; R13 - hydroxyl, lower acyloxy-group; R14 - hydrogen atom or lower alkyl; A - nitrogen atom or C-R16 where R16 - hydrogen, cyano-, nitro-, trifluoromethoxy-, penta- -fluoroethyl-, sulfonyl-group possibly substituted with aryl, carbamoylethyl- or sulfamoyl-group; R15 - hydrogen, nitro-group; R21 and R22 - lower alkyl; R23 - hydroxyl; R24 and R25 - hydrogen; X - oxygen or N-R31 where R31 - hydrogen; R2 - hydrogen alkenyl, alkynyl, alkyl; or R2 - optionally substituted alkylphenyl; R3 and R4 - hydrogen or alkyl; n = 1, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
