FIELD: preparation of gualuronidase enzyme from milt. SUBSTANCE: disintegrated milt is subjected to acid extraction. Extract is centrifuged and separated. Clarified extract is filtered on nutsch filter and directed to column with macroporous cationite. Enzyme is eluted from carrier at pH lower or equal to 9.0 since at pH of higher than 9.0 gel formed makes it difficult for solution to flow. Desalting with ammonium sulfate is carried out at saturation degree of 0.82-0.85 to recover monomeric forms of hyalurodinase. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 3 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl
