FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a vaccine composition against intestine infections caused by enterotoxic bacteria E. coli in human. Strains of E. coli are taken from the different known ones each of that is able to express a definite type of colonization antigen factor and grown on liquid cultural medium. Strain E. coli neutralized with formalin exhibiting practically retained antigenic and hemagglutinating properties of indicated definite type of colonization antigen factor is mixed with pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and/or filling agent. Method provides to obtain an effective vaccine that is able to induce the significant protective response of an organism.
