FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cutting part of instrument is made in the form of obtuse-angled cutter with two sharpened edges forming obtuse angle. Operating part is positioned in guide between lugs provided with working ends in the form of hooks for fixing of cut-off tissues. Height of hooks corresponds to cutter height, and cutter length corresponds to length of guide positioned at body end. Tie-rod is installed inside body and coupled to cutter and to blade fitted with ring. Blade is hinged-connected with a handle. EFFECT: reduced traumatic injury of operative intervention. 3 dwg
