FIELD: development of space. SUBSTANCE: method consists in evaporation of conglomerate from fragments of meteor particle formed at interaction with obstacle and from fragments of obstacle. Evaporation is effected due to energy of electric discharge between case of spacecraft and obstacle at difference of potentials whose magnitude is determined from mathematical relationship.
