SUBSTANCE: vodka contains following ingredients according to withdrawal of components for 1000 dhal of end product: natural honey - 1.8-2.2 kg, alcolised infusion obtained from 0.4 kg of flax seeds - 6.6-7.0 l, alcolised infusion obtained from 0.3 kg of rye - 2.3-2.5 l, 65.8% sugar syrup - 15.0-17.0 l, rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water - according to blending with alcoholic content 40%.
EFFECT: this ensures organoleptical characteristics improvement and sensation of almost inaudible sitnik taste and ripe gooseberry aroma as aftertaste; taste grade is 9,74.
