FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: production of "KOSHERNAYA" vodka involves preliminary preparation of alcohol-water mixture bearing in mind obtaining commercial vodka with concentration at least 38.3% vodka. Thus obtained mixture is thoroughly mixed and, after adjustment its strength, pumped over into pressure tank, wherefrom it is transported to carbon refinement battery and then into adjustment tank. First-discharge water-alcoholic infusion of oat flakes is filtered and poured into adjustment tank simultaneously with ascorbic acid dissolved in corrected water. Natural honey is dissolved in corrected water, brought to boil, filtered in hot state, cooled, and added into adjustment tank already containing infusion of oat flakes. Contents of adjustment tank are agitated, strength of the mixture is adjusted, if needed, to 38%, and bottled after obligatory control filtration. Finished vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: first- discharge water-alcoholic infusion of oat flakes, 4-5 l; ascorbic acid, 0.1- 0.3 kg; natural honey, 5.5-6.6 kg; rectified ethanol "Ekstra" and corrected water in amounts ensuring 38% alcohol concentration.
