FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, design of start-adjusting equipment of gas-discharge lamps. SUBSTANCE: device has gas-discharge lamp, transistor inverter, which input is connected to terminals for direct current power supply. First output terminal is connected to serial circuit of choke, first filament electrode, capacitor, and second filament electrode. In addition device has current transformer, which first terminals of secondary windings are connected to bases, and second terminals are connected to emitters of respective transistors of inverter. In addition device has timer which input is connected to outputs for connection of direct current power supply. Current transformer has n cores, one primary winding and control winding. Control winding is connected to timer. First terminal of primary winding of current transformer is connected to secondary output terminal of transistor inverter. Goal of invention is achieved by connection of second terminal of primary winding of current transformer two free terminal of second filament electrode of lamp, by position of control winding on second to on-th cores, and by position of primary and secondary windings on joined first, second to nth cores.
