FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of 4,4-dihaloid-derivatives of 3,5-substituted pyrazole-1,2-dioxides of the general formula (I) as activating agents of guanylate cyclase soluble form. An activation degree if this enzyme for the proposed compounds is 280-500%. In part, for 3,5-diphenyl-4,4-dichloropyrazole-1,2-dioxide an activation degree is 380% (as compared with 250% for the known compound 3,5-diphenylpyrazole-4-one-1,2-dioxide). Invention can be used for study of regulation of guanylate cyclase soluble form. EFFECT: enhanced activating effect on enzyme, broadened pattern of specific regulators of this enzyme.
