FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: recombinant vector is constructed on the basis of chicken pox attenuated virus by integration of nucleotide sequence determining synthesis of microorganism heterological protein that is pathogenic for poultry. Integration is carried out in an intergenous district located in terminal inverted repeated sites (TIR). Intergenous region β1 and β2 is located between nucleotides 1675 and 2165 TIR and 2672 and 3605 TIR, respectively. Cells transformed by the constructed vector are able to express heterological protein. Protein can be an antigen of agents which are pathogenic for poultry: Gambouro's disease virus, infectious bronchitis virus, Mareck's disease virus, parasitic protozoa causing coccidiosis.
