FIELD: biotechnology, food industry. SUBSTANCE: yeast are produced by removal-pouring up method on the nutrient medium containing molasses, carboxyline, sources of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Monopotassium phosphate is used as the potassium and phosphorus source at ratio = (1:15)-(1: 40) to carboxyline and ammonia water - as the source of nitrogen. Invention can be used for production of baker's yeast. Method provides high yeast growth under nonlimited conditions, guarantees high growth rate of yeast and high quality of biomass obtained. EFFECT: improved method of yeast producing. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
