SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of tropan-2-aldoxime of the formula (I), any their mixture or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt where R means hydrogen atom or alkyl; R³ means CH= NOR¹ where R¹ means hydrogen atom or alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl or aryl possibly substituted with COOH, COO-alkyl or phenyl; R⁴ means phenyl that can be substituted once or some times with substituents taken from the group including halogen atom, CF₃, CN, NO₂ or alkyl, benzyl or naphthyl. These compounds show valuable therapeutic properties as reuptake inhibitors of monoamine neurotransmitters, i. e. dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine. Invention describes also a pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of reuptake of monoamine neurotransmitters based on compounds of the formula (I) and a method of treatment of an animal organism (including human) with disorders or diseases where compounds of the formula (I) show inhibiting effect of dopamine reuptake.
