FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel 2,3-trans-disubstituted tropan derivative of the general formula (I) or or their any mixture, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt where: R means hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl or propyl; R3 means -CH2-X-R; where X means O or S and R' means methyl, ethyl, propyl or cyclopropylmethyl; R4 means phenyl that can be substituted with one or more substituents taken among the group consisting of halogen atom, CF3 and CN. New tropan derivatives are strong inhibitors of reuptake of neuromediating monoamines, i. e. dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. New tropan derivatives can be used for treatment of patients with disorders or diseases that can be treated by inhibition of reuptake of neuromediating monoamines, for example, Parkinson's disease, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic states, dementia, memory disorder, hyperactivity with attention deficiency, obesity, fear state, appetite disorder, toxicomania and cocaine addiction. Invention describes also method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
