FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor of windmill has at least two C-shaped blades secured on vertical shaft for turning on parallel crossmembers rigidly coupled with vertical shaft. Point of blade fixing is on blade symmetry axis behind its gravity center in direction from top of blade C-shaped profile. Blades is coupled in like points with other blade by at least one hinged tie-rod. Each blade is connected by means of flexible member and tension tie-rod with at least one of crossmembers through bracket rigidly connected with blade. length 1 of bracket should comply with the following equation: l>(Fmax-Fmin)•Fmax/Fmin where Fmax is maximum deformation of flexible member, and Fmin is minimum deformation of flexible member. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of windmill control and its reliability, reduced labour input in manufacturing, servicing and repairing. 2 cl, 10 dwg
