SUBSTANCE: method includes separation in proximal third of forearm of graft with Y-shaped branching of subcutaneous vein with, preservation of distal venous pedicle to level of radiocarpal articulation; laying of distal pedicle over additional incision on rear surface or palmar surface depending on place of graft origin; fixing of graft in place of defect and suturing of prepared proximal finger artery with vein in region of Y-shaped branching and second vein with distal end of finger artery that increases revascularization of fingers in replacement of soft tissues.
