FIELD: production of bakery stuff. SUBSTANCE: according to method, initially newly-baked loaf of high-grade wheat flour is cut into 1.5-4 cm thick slices. All slices except two extreme slices are coated at both sides with food composition. Extreme slices of loaf are coated with food composition only at internal side surface. Used for coating is food composition which is preliminarily made by mixing butter with fresh cleaned garlic crushed in own juice, and common salt. After that, loaf slices cut-off and coated with food composition are joined together to restore initial configuration of loaf. Restored loaf is packed in bag made of foil usable for food-stuffs. Bag with loaf is placed for 15-20 min into oven being preliminarily heated to temperature of 230-270 deg. and kept in oven until creation of crusty surface and impregnation of loaf slices with butter and garlic juice with common salt dissolved in them.
