FIELD: moist-vapor procedures, applicable in sanatoriums, rehabilitation centers using natural sources of medicinal vapor and artificial factors, for example, "dry" carbon dioxide baths. SUBSTANCE: the system has a great number of cabins allowing the patient to strike a convenient slack attitude, obtain a uniform heating of the body; the procedure should be strictly dosed both in time and in vapor temperature and flow rate, depending on individual features. The system comprises pickups of primary information and a unit of primary signal processing, connected by cable to a computer via a matching unit. The primary signal processing unit is an electronic module comprising a temperature measurement and control unit connected to a temperature- sensitive element installed inside the cabin and having a controllable shuttle installed in the vapor line, patient's presence optoelectronic unit containing an optoelectronic head with an infra-red light source integrated with a photodetector through on optical system, patient's impulse transducer installed inside the cabin, as well as an audible and light warning signal source (1). The matching unit represents a signal processing unit, control and power supply unit combined by a common bus. The matching unit output is connected to the computer. The number of the primary signal processing units equals the number of cabins, in which a nurse call button is installed in addition to the temperature-sensitive element and impulse transducer. The cabin represents two tightly joined sections accommodating a bed for the patient, the sections are hinge- joined to each other on one side of the plane of joint, one of the sections is fixed and furnished with a vapor line connected to the vapor source. The cabin has a horizontal jointing plane. The bed is made for imparting the lying or semi-lying attitude to the patient. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 2 dwg
