FIELD: environment pollution control. SUBSTANCE: device has frame, rotating drum with oil absorbing shell, pressing-off roller, pipeline for taking away collected oil, and floats. Located inside rotating drum is hollow shaft which protrudes from drum through journal. Shaft is divided into two sections by horizontal partition. Upper section of shaft is perforated. At outlet from drum upper section of shaft is provided with pipe connection for supply of steam. Lower section of shaft is coupled with slotted bell-mouth for carrying away condensate. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures its reliable and stable operation in cold weather due to heating of drum shell. This prevents reduction of absorbing capacity of drum shell at subzero temperatures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
