FIELD: agriculture, in particular, changing of weather conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon convective cloud by aerosol cloud which is introduced at level 200 m above or below convective cloud apex. Aerosol cloud contains particles of 10-3-10-5 cm size, specific weight of 4-4.5 g/cub cm and specific surface of 2,000-4,000 sq sm/g. Such parameters of aerosol cloud particles provide loading sufficient for dissection of convective cloud and allows precipitations to be stopped or controlled. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 2 cl, 2 ex
