FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing proximal ends of medial and ulnar nerve. Arteries of ulnar and medial nerve are selected in addition at the place the nerves are sutured. Arterial suture is made. Ulnar nerve is dissected without transecting the artery. It is to wait until axon germination of defect distance takes place. Then ulnar nerve is transected on the place of preliminary cut. Nerve artery is transected 3-4 cm apart in proximal direction. In suturing the dissected ulnar and medial nerves, arteries are joined with anastomosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in repairing nerve artery; improved nerve regeneration and its sensitivity degree. 2 dwg
