FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for specific prophylactics of animal infection diseases. Tuberculosis mycobacteria are grown and then destroyed. To that end, formalin is added to culture liquid in two steps: first to formalin concentration 0.3-0.4%, after which mixture is incubated for 7-10 days at 37-40 C, and then to final formalin concentration 0.5-0.6%, after which incubation at 44-46 C is carried out for 5-8 days. Destruction of mycobacteria is effected by 60Co gamma- radiation in dose (1.0-2.0) x 106 R. When detoxification of culture liquid is completed, aluminum hydroxide is added. Resulting mixture is centrifuged or settled, precipitate is collected, bagged, and autoclaved. EFFECT: increased anatoxin storage time to 3-5 years. 2 cl, 4 ex
