FIELD: reactors for forming two-phase or three-phase systems; aeration of fluid medium containing suspension of mineral particles by air or another oxygen-containing gas, for example, aerobic bacterial leaching. SUBSTANCE: reactor includes mixing tank for liquid, device for dividing the tank into at least two chambers and for flowing of liquid between chambers in lower and upper areas of tank, pumping-out device for circulation of liquid and device for aeration of liquid circulating in chamber in separate loop of main flow of liquid. Pumping-out device provides for circulation of liquid downward through one of chambers and then upward through other chamber. Aeration device includes unit for introducing gas into liquid and unit for building up reduced pressure in lateral portion of liquid flow. Unit for introducing gas into liquid is located in area of reduced pressure for aeration of lateral portion of liquid flow.
