FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility contains stationary melting tank, meant for molten pool and slug location, and also gas space above the mentioned bath. Facility also contains feeding facilities for solid and gaseous basic materials into mentioned tank and facilities for melted materials discharge from this tank. Furthermore, facility contains, at least, two platforms, which are for location of maintenance staff and are located at different levels throughout the height of the mentioned tank. Facility of metal discharge and facility for slag discharge are located so, that it is provided access to them of maintenance staff, located on foundry platform, and facility of final metal discharge and facility of final slag discharge are located so, that it is provided access to them of maintenance staff, located on the platform of final discharge, which is installed below the foundry platform.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of melting.
