FIELD: biological sewage purification, in particular, methods for actuation of ship plants for biological sewage purification. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for introduction of preparation - initiator into the aeration tank of the ship plant for biological sewage purification. Stabilized sludge inoculate taken in an amount causing its concentration within 2.0 to 3.0 g/l by dry substance is used as preparation - initiator.
