FIELD: communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: distributed switching network incorporates switching stations, satellites moving over orbits, and userТs information control devices. Certain set of mobile devices exchanges messages through this network. Mobile devices automatically locate their position and exchange messages with mentioned network so that this information is current information for switching station, servicing mobile devices, and, in local userТs information control devices, for mobile devices. Information available in ground centers of network indicates mobile devices which are registered in network at any particular moment. This information is used to disable calls conveyed to mobile devices known not to be registered at the moment. Telephone communication is established due to interaction among switching stations. In the course of establishing communications with mobile devices, switching stations wherefrom call has arrived find respective userТs information control devices and obtain data on current location of these mobile devices relative to indicated userТs information control devices. This current location corresponds to switching station expecting the call and ready to interact with call-sending switching station when telephone communication is established.
