FIELD: tracing systems. SUBSTANCE: invention describes communication network which checks position of mobile objects which use this network. When mobile objects are switched on, they detect its current position using signals which are transmitted by satellites above them. Then they send information messages about their position to network. Network stores these positions and returns information message which describe borders embracing position of corresponding mobile object. Mobile objects regularly check their position in regular schedule. If current position of object is outside of prescribed borders, they send other information messages to network in order to update information about position which is stored by network and to receive information about new border.
