FIELD: construction, applicable for manufacture of products of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete. SUBSTANCE: the vibrating unit comprises a movable frame with a vibration exciter in the form of horizontal unbalanced shafts, mounted on a bed with the aid of flexible supports. The bed guide columns are connected in the upper part by a cross-member to the mechanism of vertical movements mounted on it, kinematically linked with a movable cross-piece located on the guide columns through a longitudinal rigid coupling. A loading plate is attached to the movable frame, and a falsework is coaxially installed under it closed around the edges. The movable cross-piece and the loading plate are furnished with detachable weights and detachable moulding element, respectively. The distance between the axes of the unbalanced shafts is less than the length of the vertical longitudinal beads by 1.05 to 1.95 times. The maximum distance between the working surfaces of the moulding element and replaceable mould plate exceeds the height of the falsework by 3.5 to 5.5 times. EFFECT: simplified design, convenience of readjustment in manufacture of configured products, enhanced capacity and quality of products, reduced labour input, reduced power consumption and noise level. 4 cl, 2 dwg
