FIELD: biologically active compounds. SUBSTANCE: new 22-thiavitamin D3 derivatives with general formula I: (I) wherein R1 is C1-C10-alkyl optionally substituted by hydroxyl group, R2 hydrogen atom or hydroxyl, and R3 hydroxyl. Vitamins show wide spectrum of physiologic activities. Intermediate products and synthetic procedures are also described. Derivatives of vitamins substituted by sulfur atom in position 22 exhibit strong inhibiting effect with respect to proliferation of keratinocytes.
