FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device relates to equipment used in down-hole repair of oil and gas wells and particularly in hermetic sealing of well head in emergency situations occurring in well, and also at long stoppage of operation. Device has hollow cylindrical body with through-passage for insertion of pipes. Body is provided with detent and flange for connection to fittings of well head. Hermetically-sealing insert with sealing member and pipe union with locking member for closing of pipe passage is provided with turnable bush. Side protrusions of turnable bush are located in mating shaped slot of cylindrical body which is provided with cylindrical spring-biased detent. Cylindrical spring-biased detent and stop are used for limiting turning angle of bush. Turnable bush has circular key which limits its axial displacement along hermetically-sealing insert. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device for down-hole repairs allows for quick and reliable hermetic sealing of well head in emergency situations and in long stoppage in operation.
