FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to guarding of buildings and various-purpose structures, and can be used in function of walls as well as creating roof or roof covering. Design of guarding with heat insulation and active removal of moisture incorporates load-bearing, guarding components and at least one air-permeable heat-insulating component. Heat-insulating component is of combine type that is it includes steam-air permeable heat-insulating layer and ventilated air course. Heat-insulating component at least with one its side is turned towards external air medium. At side of premise, heat-insulating layer is turned towards guarding component which is perforated. At external side it communicates with external air medium at least through ventilated air course with possibility of water vapor to penetrate from inside to outside of premise. Cross-sectional area of air course per 1 lin.m of component width is not less than 1.5 times larger than area of perforated holes in guarding component at section of guarding of length or height of component equal respectively to length or height of component depending on its spatial orientation in guarding or equal to distance between adjacent holes which make ventilated course communicating with surrounding medium.
